After Harvard, Latino Rudy Ruiz Continues to Work for Positive Change

From modest beginnings in Brownsville, Texas to earning double degrees at Harvard, Latino Rudy Ruiz has provided minorities everywhere with hope for a better future. Rudy Ruiz has been focused on building bridges between cultures, which seems almost natural to this Texas native who grew up on the border between the US and Mexico. Needless to say, Rudy Ruiz is sure to be even more of a game-changer in the future.

At Harvard, Latino Rudy Ruiz honed his creative and professional skills with the goal of creating positive change in the lives of diverse audiences. Rudy Ruiz started Interlex in 1995 with that goal, and since its inception has delivered upon his mission through successful advertising campaigns. Through partnering with its clients, Interlex has not only helped achieve business goals, but has also helped communities of diverse peoples via cause related marketing. Interlex continues to be a success, and as a result, has been named as one of the top 20 Hispanic ad agencies in America! However, this is just one area where Rudy Ruiz has managed to shine.

After his time at Harvard, Latino Rudy Ruiz used his skills to not only start a successful advertising agency, but also become a successful writer, producer, director, as well as a leader and role model for minorities. It’s also important to point out that Rudy Ruiz has also continued to spread his message of building understanding between cultures in an attempt to make our country through the launch of Red, Brown and Blue, an online forum and a champion for people who believe America can stay true to its ideals, its Constitution, and its promise, while evolving to effectively integrate its changing population and re-emerge as a leader and beacon of hope for humanity on a global scale.

Help Stop Hispanic Discrimination

Hispanic discrimination and discrimination in general, have always been issues which haven’t been covered properly in the mainstream media. Although cases of discrimination happen often and in a variety of capacities, the news coverage does not dedicate adequate time to expose the root causes. At the same time, the current economic and political environment is stirring up a great deal of anger from the public, and this could have the potential to bubble over into increased discrimination and racism as the non-minority public looks for scapegoats.

Whenever there is an economic crisis and people lose money, they oftentimes seek a source for their problems and do so irrationally. This can be especially problematic, and history has shown us that people tend to look for someone or some group to blame, and oftentimes unjustly, and this scenario could become real with the result being increased cases of Hispanic discrimination and perhaps even worse. However, as is the case with everything else in life, the best way to defeat this kind of ignorance is through education and spreading knowledge. Although discrimination is already an unspoken issue in America, this issue could become worse, and that’s why it’s important for everyone to learn more and actually get involved so they can help stop discrimination from spreading.

There are a few really excellent multicultural news and opinion websites which focus on the causes and effects of Hispanic discrimination; these are a good first place to turn to for more information about these and other important cultural issues, and provide the information and motivation needed to help stop this kind of discrimination.

Rudy Ruiz and Bridging Cultural Divides

No matter whether you’re Latino, White, African-American, Asian-America, or from another background, one person you may want to check out is Rudy Ruiz. Despite being actively involved in moving our country into one of more shared understanding for years, he is now gaining media attention, and after following him in such media vehicles as Red, Brown, and Blue or reading one of his books you’ll soon see why Mr. Ruiz is worth reading.

Rudy Ruiz came from humble beginnings in Brownsville, Texas, but after thriving at and graduating Harvard University with a BA in Government specializing in International Relations and a Masters in Public Policy specializing in International Trade and Finance, Mr. Ruiz took his knowledge and skills and started a marketing company unlike most that you’ll find. This company, Interlex, focuses on making a positive impact in the lives of diverse audiences and promoting important cultural issues within minority communities via advocacy marketing. Advocacy marketing oftentimes takes the form of a company partnering with a legitimate non-profit organization in order to promote that company’s message while at the same time raising awareness for important issues within minority communities. This marketing company has been a success, but it is just one small part of Rudy Ruiz’s commitment to raising awareness about the important issues which can unite all of us as a nation and as an integrated society.

Despite all the great challenges that we face as a nation today, Rudy Ruiz continues to promote the importance and ability of all Americans to come together to find solutions to these challenges and build a better future for us, our kids, and future generations of Americans.
